ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Project Manager with a background in the process or manufacturing industry. You will lead technical projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency while building strong relationships with customers and partners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, managing, and following up on industrial projects.
• Leading and motivating teams to create an engaged work environment.
• Ensuring projects are delivered according to set goals and timelines.

At Rejlers, we work with a wide range of projects and clients within the industrial sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing projects across various industrial areas. You will lead project teams consisting of specialists from development, procurement, logistics, process, design, automation, and more, while also collaborating with external suppliers.

This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and technically challenging projects, where your leadership and problem-solving skills will be key to driving progress and innovation.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for a Project Manager with a solid background in project management, with somewhere between 5 and 12 years of relevant experience, either as an emerging professional with strong potential and an eagerness to grow or as a more seasoned expert bringing deeper insights and leadership to the role.

You are a curious and proactive individual who always prioritizes the success and well-being of the team. We value initiative, a drive for change, and strong team spirit, and someone who embraces challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.

As a Project Manager, you will have a key role in shaping the future of both Rejlers and our clients, working together with your colleagues to drive innovation and sustainability forward.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or other related technical field.
• 5-12 years of experience of Project management in the process- or manufacturing industry.
• Strong English skills and a basic understanding of Swedish, with a willingness to develop your Swedish skills further over time.
• A professional approach and the ability to build strong teams.
• A self-driven and proactive mindset.
• Since travel and working on-site with our clients are part of the role, it is important that you are open to and able to travel when required.

It is an advantage for the role if you are also certified in project management, or if you have experience from EPC/EPCM-projects  but not a requirement.
